Welcome to the Fly Tyer Free Digital Edition Signup. Digital editions are available free to subscribers for the duration of your print subscription. Non-subscribers will receive one sample issue upon registration. All fields are required.

Form Instructions: Fill out the fields as prompted. Note, all fields with a red * indicate a required field. Javascript must be enabled on your browser in order to complete this form. If you are a current subscriber of Fly Tyer's print edition, click yes below when prompted. Then locate the mailing label on your magazine and enter the 8-digit subscription number below. (There is a picture below that shows you an sample label). If you have moved and your magazine is being forwarded to your new address, then click HERE and tell us.

When filling in the form boxes, please use the following as a guide:

  • You must enter a valid e-mail address to receive access to the digital edition
  • If you have a zip code with the zip+4 ending (e.g. 37397-4905), then only enter in the first five zip code digits. Leave off the -1234 (-4905 in the example).
  • A sample of the mailing label will be displayed below the box where you enter your subscriber number if you select "Yes" as a subscriber. Compare your mailing label to the sample label. The area that is highlighted in yellow on the sample label is where you should retrieve your subscription number from.
  • DO NOT include the pound signs (#) in your subscriber number.
  • DO NOT include the forward slash (/) and the number that follows the slash.
  • You will be presented a submit button once you enter a valid subscriber number or if you select "no" as a subscriber.
